Systems With Low Pressures On Both Sides back

  Symptom
System reflects low pressures on both sides and is not cooling adequately. The Evaporator is warm to the touch, and there are visable bubbles/foam in the sight glass.
Cause
System is suffering from an inadequate charge of refrigerant.
Solution
Check system for leaks and repair. Recharge the system Remember the loss of freon also results in a loss of oil. Make sure to add oil as well as refrigerant!
